Project description
Design and supply of an automation and control system for an automatic line for the production of capsules containing drugs, consisting of powder dosing module, filling module and final product verification system with weight control and reject line for non-compliant units.
Purpose of supply
- Supply of a compact electric panel with special stainless steel carpentry on drawing, for assembly on board the machine, containing the control and automation part of the whole system
- Supply of the control panel for the operator, equipped with touch screen panel
- PLC software engineering and development
- Engineering, architecture and development of SCADA control software
- Issue of electrical technical design documentation, CE certification and operating manuals
